I arrived & the hotel told me they were expecting me, & that I canceled. Can provide the booking payment. I wasn't reimbursed for this payment. I arrived at the hotel fully expecting a room. That didn't happen. No cancelation emails either. It was a FANTASTIC night trying to figure out where we were going to stay. Really loved it.Will be seeking reimbursement. Thank you.

Cheap, only found 1 massssivee cockroach, only 1 out of my wholee 4 day stay ??
I didn’t like the property I would not let my dog sleep in there
The entire facility was so nasty, dirty we did not stay the night. We checked in and then checked right back out. I have never seen a scarier, dirty awful facility

Nothing I attempted to check in per my booking time and was met with locked and closed doors. I attempted to call the number listed on Google and got no answer. I ended up having to stay in a completely different hotel.
Everything was very filthy including the towels
Nothing the website said 24/7 and when you arrive at 2am an call the number it goes to voicemail called more then once no response finally got a message from the property manager at 7am saying I was supposed to call like are you serious I did! Worst experience don’t book from here I don’t recommend it if your going to arrive after hours
The lady at the front desk was very nice, even though the owner did not treat her very fairly.
